Calliaghstown Equestrian Centre caters for both adults and children from five years of age upwards, catering for levels from complete beginners up to competition level in show jumping, eventing and dressage. We are also more than happy to teach those who just want to have some fun!

Should you or your child wish to partake in a group lesson then an introductory lesson is recommended which will last approximately 30 minutes. This allows one of our qualified instructors to assess the needs of the individual. Once the introductory lesson has been completed a suitable lesson can then be recommended and a suitable mount arranged.

Lessons are held seven days a week. Both Group and Private lessons are available throughout the week, advance booking is essential.

We also cater for those special days such as school tours, birthday parties, corporate and team building days etc. We offer fun alternatives with great additional facilities such as a viewing gallery, lecture room, basic kitchen facilities and a private space to enjoy that special birthday cake or pizza delivery!

Please note that cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance (we have a 24 hour answering machine in operation for out of office hours messages). If less than 24 hours is given notice a cancellation fee of €10 for a private lesson and €5 for a group lesson will be charged.

Vouchers - please note that all 1/2 hour and 1 hour group or private lesson vouchers must be used within 3 weeks of date of purchase.
